Newly divorced Nilgun, a doctor from Istanbul, is sent to a remote small town to practice; where she meets up with long lost friend Havva while treating local prostitutes. The two start a relationship, only to have Nilgun decide she is really heterosexual and return her newly converted lesbian lover to the streets. Nilgun, a recently divorced doctor from her husband, is assigned to examine brothel workers, and her way drops into a small town. Anjelik, one of these brothel employees, is a favorite of this place. Surprisingly Nilgun and his childhood friend of Anjelik appear. Life in the town is quite complicated and there are many interesting events in a row. Nilgun and Anjelik go on the run for a one-day holiday.
