Boss of the cattledrive is Gil Favor (Eric Fleming). His right hand is ramrod Rowdy Yates (Clint Eastwood). The scout's name is Pete Nolan (Sheb Wooley) and the cook on the drive is Wishbone (Paul Brinegar) . The cooks louse, which means the scullion, is Mushy (James Murdock).
